When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit normally takes another 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Can I return an unused item?

Yes. A request may be made within 30 days after delivery for an eligible new, unused item. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items can also be reported.

Do you offer exchanges?

Eligible exchanges are available after review and depend on inventory.

Is there a return fee?

No restocking fee is charged. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may take additional time to post it.

What currency is used?

Store prices and checkout amounts are presented in Canadian dollars (CAD).
