Products and orders

Product information is presented with reasonable care, but availability can change. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; Vessi may accept, decline, or cancel it where permitted, including for pricing, stock, payment, or fraud concerns.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the final total are displayed during checkout. Payment is subject to authorization.

Delivery, returns, and exchanges

Processing and delivery terms appear in the Shipping Policy. Eligible return and exchange requests follow the Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window and refunds processed or initiated within 10 days after approval.

Intellectual property and consumer rights

Store content and branding may not be misused. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Canadian law.
