Order processing

After payment is authorized, Vessi prepares orders within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery in Canada

After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Delivery charges and available services are shown in CAD at checkout for the destination entered. A specific arrival date is not guaranteed.

Address and tracking

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. When tracking is available, it is sent with the dispatch confirmation. Carrier delays, severe weather, or address problems may affect timing.

For a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel, email juliogonzalez58768@gmail.com with the order number and delivery details so the shipment can be reviewed.
