Refund Policy

30-day request window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the item. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be new and unused. We also assist with items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description.

Start a return

Email juliogonzalez58768@gmail.com before mailing anything. Include the order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. We will review the request and, when approved, provide the correct return address. The mailing address shown on our Contact Us page is not automatically a return warehouse.

Return label and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. If it is missing or unavailable, contact us for assistance. We do not charge a restocking fee. Sending an item without approval may delay handling.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted following review and depend on available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer law.
