Currency and authorization

Prices and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is authorized when an order is submitted, and an order is not accepted until the transaction and order details are confirmed.

Declined or pending transactions

A bank or payment provider may decline, delay, or temporarily hold a transaction. Please confirm billing details and contact the issuing institution when assistance is needed.

Payment security

Payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Vessi does not ask customers to send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card issuer may require additional posting time.
